THE RULES OF ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011

The participants were all of the youth of New Apostolic Church of Asia who have enrolled
The participants are required to re-register when they arrive at the ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011 location
Distribution of tents and games groups is for the participants are set up by the Committee
The participants must wear a badge ID (Name Tag) that has been given by the Committee
The participants are not allowed to leave the Cibubur camping ground area without permission from the Committee
The participants live in tents (provided by the committee), therefore each participant is expected to bring camping gear such as sleeping beds, mats and flashlights
All participants should follow each events that has been scheduled
Participants maintain calmness and orderliness before, during and after the event ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011
All participants of ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011 are required to maintain the cleanliness of the Cibubur camping ground area
The Committee is NOT responsible for any lost and damaged personal belongings
The participants are prohibited from carrying firearms, sharp weapons except the security guard on duty
Prohibited from engaging in immoral acts
The committee does NOT to bear transportation facilities, accommodation and meals while the participant is outside of the Cibubur camping ground
Consumption in the camp area Cibubur will be taken by the leader of each tent in CONSUMPTION POST
STRICTLY PROHIBITED bring / consume Alcohol and Drugs
Cibubur camping ground is non smoking area

TATA TERTIB ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011

Peserta adalah seluruh remaja Gereja Kerasulan Baru Asia yang telah mendaftarkan diri
Peserta mendaftar ulang saat kedatangan di lokasi ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011
Pembagian kelompok tenda dan bermain ditentukan oleh Panitia
Peserta wajib menggunakan tanda pengenal (name tag) yang telah diberikan oleh Panitia
Peserta dilarang meninggalkan area Bumi Perkemahan Cibubur tanpa seijin Panitia
Peserta menginap dengan sistem tenda (camping) sehingga setiap peserta membawa perlengkapan tidur/sleeping bed dan lampu senter
Semua peserta mengikuti setiap acara yang telah diagendakan
Peserta menjaga ketenangan dan ketertiban sebelum, selama dan sesudah acara ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011 berlangsung
Seluruh peserta dan pembina ASIAN YOUTH DAY 2011 diwajibkan menjaga kebersihan area bumi perkemahan Cibubur
Pihak Panitia TIDAK bertanggung jawab atas hilang dan rusaknya barang-barang milik pribadi
Dilarang membawa senjata api, senjata tajam kecuali petugas keamanan yang sedang bertugas
Dilarang melakukan perbuatan asusila
Panitia TIDAK menanggung fasilitas transportasi, akomodasi dan konsumsi saat di luar area AYD 2011 Cibubur
Konsumsi selama berada di area perkemahan Cibubur diambil oleh Ketua RT di POS KONSUMSI
DILARANG KERAS membawa/mengkonsumsi Alkohol dan Minuman Keras serta NARKOBA
Areal Perkemahan Buperta Cibubur BEBAS ASAP ROKOK
